Chief Features
1. Forged body and bonnet, so the whole body with great strength, fine rigidity and no defection.
2. The structure is B.B ,OS&Y design, for some special sealing requirement, we adopt the W.B,OS&Y design, to make sure the connecting part between the body and bonnet no leaking.
3. Co hard alloy welded sealing surface, which is wearing resistant, erosion proof, abrasion proof and long life span.
3. After the stem heat refining and surface nitrogenized, it is erosion and abrasion resistant.
4. We adopt pressure seal structure when nominal pressure 15.0MPa ~42.0MPa （ Class900~2500Lb ） ,sealing capacity higher with the pressure to realize the sealing good.
5. For low temperature working condition, we adopt stem extension or bonnet extension design to meet the requirement of low temperature.
6. For the easy inflammable, explosion, poison medium, we adopt bellow sealing to make sure the packing no leaking and protect the environment from pollution.
7. The material like flange, butt welding size should be chosen according to applications and the requirements of the users to meet all kinds of situations.
