Product Design Features
※ This valve is a new throttle, stop and emptying product, uses a cage puzzle palace throttle design, therefore has features a multiple-stage throttle, a notable throttle effect, a reliable seal and easy operation and maintenance.
※ The valve uses hard and soft two seals to realize reliable sealing, the hard alloy sealing face resist the gas-flow erosion and anti-wear and the dual-seal can realize 0 leak under the high pressure gas medium and ensure the valve long life service.
※ The seat sealing face uses taper design ,are good for its self cleaning of the dirt of the sealing face.
※ A balancing hole and a piston type seal are set on the disc, which make sure that stable operation, easy open-close and a small torque when upon differential pressure due to the on-off operation.
※ The throttle, stop and emptying valve and the dual-action type throttle valve have both throttle and stop functions(0 leak seal), with the throttle separated from the sealing face so as to reduce the erosion of the gas flow to the seal.
※ The dual-action type throttle valve also features a multiple �tage throttle function, large throttle pressure differential and is suitable for throttle & stop under high pressure condition.
※ The packing uses self-sealing V-type packing structure, no need to adjust and easy on-off operation. Furthermore, the grease injector in packing box can guarantee the sealing performance reliable.
※ The valve can be on-line repaired and replaced the easy wearable spare parts, such as packing etc. under pressure.
※ Drainage hole, which is on the bottom of the valve, can open when necessary to clean up the dirt inside of the valve.
